Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how bookings, advances, cancellations, and refunds are handled for services provided by [Legal Entity Name] ("Creators Bridge", "we", "us", or "our"). It applies alongside our Terms of Service and any specific terms set out in your proposal or booking confirmation, which will prevail in the event of any conflict.
Bookings and advance payments
A campaign is confirmed once you accept a proposal or booking and we acknowledge it in writing. To reserve creators, production slots, or campaign dates, an advance payment may be required as stated in the booking confirmation.
Because we commit resources, block creator availability, and begin coordination as soon as a campaign is confirmed, advances are used to cover this planning and reservation work.
Cancellations by you
If you wish to cancel a confirmed campaign, please notify us in writing as early as possible. The refund available depends on how much work has been completed and how far the campaign has progressed at the time of cancellation.
As a general guide, cancellations made well before creators are engaged and content production begins may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance, less any non-recoverable costs already incurred. Cancellations made after creators are engaged, content is in production, or deliverables have been published are generally not eligible for a refund, as the associated work and third-party commitments cannot be reversed.
Non-refundable amounts
Amounts already paid to creators or third-party vendors, platform or media spend, and costs for work already performed are non-refundable. Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, or payment-gateway fees are also non-refundable.
Cancellations or changes by us
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a confirmed campaign for reasons attributable to us, we will work with you to reschedule, substitute equivalent creators or deliverables, or refund the portion of your payment that relates to services not yet delivered.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including changes to social-media platforms, creator unavailability, or events of force majeure.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are typically initiated within [Number] business days of approval, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
How to request a refund
To request a cancellation or refund, contact us in writing with your booking details and reason for the request at [Contact Email]. We will review each request in line with this policy and the terms of your booking, and respond within a reasonable time.
Changes and contact
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date and applies to bookings made after it takes effect.
